Developing talent
METRO Cash & Carry develops many of the companies growth drivers out of its own ranks. In order to identify existing potential for development and actively foster new recruits, METRO Cash & Carry has, among other things, established the Development Center. Employees who have been in their present jobs for at least two years, who speak fluent English and are interanationally mobile, are selected to participate in this program. The objective of the development center is to offer participants a qualified assessment of their strengths and abilities in order to further support their professional and personal development within the company.
